Broadsword is proud to be a certified B Corp events agency. It’s more than a certification; its a vision for a better way of doing business and a legal commitment to have a positive and significant impact on all of our stakeholders.

From contributing to charities to managing supply chain, certified B Corps consider their impact on their workers, communities, customers, and planet in every thing they do.

DEI

We can support in identifying areas to help incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion into the event planning process. For example, translation, accessible venue selection, journey planning, wellbeing spaces, and digital guidelines.

Sustainability

We can work with you to measure the impact of your event using our reporting tool. This includes pre-event guidance where we are able to predict your footprint using data-driven insights and provide creative solutions to reduce the carbon across key areas of the event. Post-event, detailed reports are available to measure the impact and offset the remaining footprint to create a carbon neutral event. 

Social Responsibility

We can offer a wide range of ideas from fundraising activities to community projects, as well as sourcing ethical, local items for merchandise and gifting.

As a B Corp agency, we partner with charities and get involved in good causes ourselves – contributing 561 hours to good causes In 2024.
