Employer of The Year at the CN Agency Awards

Broadsword took home the award for Employer of the Year at Conference News’ 2025 Agency Awards in London. Now in its seventh year, The Conference News Agency Awards celebrate the UK’s most influential and prolific full service event agencies and their achievements. Annually over 450 event professionals attend the ceremony and this year it was held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s West End with a jungle theme.

Conference News revealed the shortlist for the awards earlier this year, announcing it as a record breaking year for submissions with over 250 total entries from over 100 agencies.

Broadsword found out we had won the prestigious award and named Employer of The Year at the ceremony on the 21st March with Managing Director, Anna Green, being presented with the award. Anna shares:
