About Us
Broadsword is a leading event agency – certified as a B Corp and awarded EVCOM’s Agency of The Year in 2024. Over 18 years we have established relationships with leading brands and work across the globe to deliver impactful events for our clients.
We are driven to use our business as a force for good and work to embed this into everything we do at Broadsword, summed up in our manifesto: be the edge. This requires us to take a forward thinking approach and we welcome new ideas from every level of the company – with employee led working groups on sustainability, wellbeing, and DEI.
Life at Broadsword
We are a remote agency, enabling work life balance, while regularly hosting work together and social opportunities and offering perks such as an employee wellbeing app, access to workspaces, and paid volunteering days. We are committed to fostering a culture of learning, offering a non-work related training fund, regular feedback meetings, and opportunities to complete apprenticeships. Due to the nature of delivering events, we offer flexible working and encourage all team members to take advantage of the diverse opportunities in events and invest in their development through industry events and opportunities to travel.
