Three dynamic days of insightful sessions, networking opportunities, professional development, and nights on the town. Broadsword worked alongside Clarivate to deliver their flagship IP Customer Conference in San Diego.

It is this attribute that has seen us forge such longstanding relationships with so many of our clients. The IP Customer Conference 2024, Ignite, was the epitome of this mantra. Our cohesive approach and unity throughout the project led to an onsite experience delegates referred to as “one of the best, most well organised conferences I have ever attended”.
The Broadsword team worked in partnership with the Ignite team, managing key touch points throughout the delegate journey.
Our technical support included creating and managing the registration platform and developing a digital event hub. The creation of a dynamic backdrop of content, separated by LED screens, was created for the main stage through Broadsword’s consultation on the design and event layout.
The conference experience spanned 83 agenda sessions taking place over three days at The Intercontinental.
With global knowledge, our team worked closely with local suppliers on selection and negotiation, provided onsite management and videography services and supported in an advisory capacity on other aspects of the project.
Networking events, featuring live music and custom cocktails such as the Long Island IP, were arranged in the evenings at venues across the city including patios overlooking the San Diego sunset. Overall attendance was at 98.5%.
